I’m a professional chef with 20 years of experience. I’ve cooked for a variety of clientele over the years including Nelson Mandela, Queen Elizabeth and George Bush. My experience includes training through the Savoy Hotel Group at the Savoy Hotel in London, 3 years running kitchens for various schools and multiple awards for creating unique High Tea’s for luxurious clientele.
