I am located in the Ski Resort of Whistler BC, Canada. I have had over 27 years experience working in catering and as a private chef. I moved to from the UK to Whistler in Winter 2001/2002.

My menus are seasonal and packed full of wholefoods to help you eat well all year round.

I can cook all types of food and love the challenge of creating and experimenting with new ingredients.

I have also worked at large hotels in Whistler catering for up to 800 people on banquets as well as a line cook in extremely busy service.

I am confident at leading a team of catering staff keeping the environment calm and productive resulting in a successful service.

My most recent private chef work has included catering in luxury homes in Whistler for families and groups on Ski Vacations. Catering for families on long term vacation rentals.

Work has also included a New Year's Eve and festive

Dinners, post wedding brunch for 85 people at Cyprus Place, and also participating on Cornucopia events at the Whistler Conference Centre - Cellar Door, and Poured for 300 guests and Crush Grand Tasting for 1800 guests.

I am confident at catering for small groups/families on vacation and large events too.

With larger events i have a team of staff who would also assist.
