I arrived in New Zealand in 2011 with my family. We created together a beautiful romantic French fine dining restaurant, Poivre et Sel, in Whitianga, later relocated in Napier.
After many years offering awesome menus in an intimate and cosy atmosphere, we sold our establishment to bring our passion to your plate in the comfort of your home.
