Chef Riccardo Nobile

I am a professional skilled Chef, i start this job 8 years ago in Italy and after few years i worked in one of the best restqurant of Italy, Terrazza Calabritto for more than 3 years. After i start to travel and work as chef in Scotland, Australia and New Zeland. I know everything about italian kitchen, but i like international food as well so i can do also other international dishes like japanise, mexican and i can do pastry, cakes, desserts, bakery. I am clean and i like to have a good presentation.
