Happy, Creative and passionate chef with a wide range of culinary knowledge.
My training included a number of Michelin Star restaurants where I learned from the best and experienced the highest levels of planning, preparation, and service. This has stood me in good stead throughout my seventeen year career, allowing me to rise to work as head chef in a number of my appointments, as well as win local and national awards. I am creative in the kitchen and really enjoy special occasion dining. I particularly like preparing and serving degustation menus.
