I have been honing my skills as a chef for the past 9 years, with a diverse range of experiences in both fine dining and casual cafe settings. Originally from Hong Kong, I've been fortunate to study culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu in New Zealand, where I deepened my understanding of classical techniques and gained insights into international cuisine. This education has been instrumental in shaping my approach to cooking, blending precision with creativity to create memorable dining experiences.
