Hi, I originally started my culinary journey at an Auckland Institution, Antoine's cooking under the renowned guidance of Tony Astle. From there I traveled for many years before finally settling in Malta with my wife to set up Kiwi style cafe in the Med - Mint.
We successfully ran our cafe for 14 years garnering many awards for our inventive menu and original fare.
I've now returned back home with a large background in different cuisines and love to perfect original dishes but also challenge myself with new and exciting ingredients.
