I am Julian Diaz, from Cordoba, Argentina, Professional chef, I completed my studies in 4 years, then I did internships in different countries, as Peru, Brazil, Chile. I have 11 years of experience in the field.
I made a specialty of French techniques and meats at the Cordon bleu in Lima, Peru.
I'm currently Head Chef at El Quincho, an Argentinian BBQ restaurant located in Christchurch City.
