I am a young and enthusiastic chef with 10 years experience ranging from head chef in restaurants to a private chef for lodges and film sets. I enjoy cooking with locally sourced ingredients and developing my skills based on where i am in the world. I have a huge passion for Italian food due to my frequent childhood visits to the country, I also spent my first culinary years working for the Jamie Oliver brand after i finished culinary school.
