I am a professional chef with 25 years experience, I’ve been a chef de cuisine in award winning restaurants, I have worked in hotels, I've catered for weddings and have been a food show chef demonstrating all kinds of culinary dishes and techniques. I have been a professional chef tutor for the past 13 years, I have recently started my own private chef business cooking for high profile clients in the Waikato.
