I have been a Chef for 40 years with extensive experiences around the world from Antarctica to the Russian far east and Europe and Asia.
I've owned my own restaurant in Auckland and have spent many years working in the luxury lodges sector. Always focused on seasonal produce of NZ and where possible foraging or growing as much produce as I can.
I can work within budgets and for the 1st consultation with a client I recommend discussing your options on what your next event could look like from serving the food, Dietary requirements, recommendations for wine pairing or non alcoholic refreshments.
