After living in Australia for the past 18 years working in all areas of hospitality for the past 10 years as a chef in a range of kitchens, I decided to move home to Whangarei in 2017 where I am now entering my 3rd year of running a boutique catering and private chef business, to bring the community healthy, hearty, zesty, flavour-filled meals.
With a background in a wide range of cuisines, my favourite flavours are Asian, Middle Eastern, French, Italian and Mexican plus all the classic meals us Kiwis love and grew up with! and am able to adapt meals to be plant-based, gluten-free, sugar-free, for family dinners, single working people who just don’t have the energy to spend hrs in the kitchen, small dinner parties, canapés or romantic picnics or corporate events.
