Let me bring my 20 years of cheffing experience to your place. Having worked throughout New Zealand and Australia in a variety of establishments, I have experience in food styles from Spanish tapas, French Bistro to fine dining and catering for corporate functions and weddings as the Executive Chef of 5 star Hotels.

Having been raised in Southland on a sheep and beef farm, I am a proud New Zealander and am very passionate about our produce. My professional values include working with seasonal produce and supporting local producers and suppliers who operate with sustainable work practices. Being active in the local community is also of great importance to me.
