Passionate about cooking, seeking perfection in every dish, challenging the stereotypes of cuisine.
Professional chef, trained at the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Faro, in Portugal, with 8 years of experience. I have led kitchen teams in Portugal and Norway. I have worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. My focus has always been avant-garde cuisine, whether in fine dining or tapas style. I have worked at the 25th best restaurant in the world in Lisbon, ‘Belcanto’ (2 Michelin), and at ‘Re-Naa’ in Stavanger, Norway (3 Michelin). Finalist and winner of the Young Talent of Portuguese Gastronomy in 2019. Former owner of a catering company in Norway.
