Chef At Home In AsI have experienced kitchen work since I was qualified in England in 2008, moved to Norway in 2011 There I have carried on my career as chef.
I’ve worked as chalet chef during winter season in Austria, Switzerland and France, also in ala carte restaurants, food production, hotel kitchens , canteen and catering services.
I received a certificate in hospitality and catering by the City and Guilds, London U.K
and I have a diploma in professional cookery, City and Guilds, London U.K
In 2022 I started a new project related to Coffee, Acorda Spesialkaffe My wife and I are importing specialty coffee from small family holders farms in Brazil on the direct trade model, at the moment we partnership with five different farmers that supply us seven different varieties of coffees.
The foundation of our project is promoting sustainability environmental and economic to our partners, long term develop relationships and provide quality and the best experience that coffee can give to our customers, our coffee are single estate which means it is coming from a single farm to your cup.
We also give lectures about direct trade, and coffee tasting at events and homes. Get in touch and discover a whole new world of Brazilian taste of coffee.
