Private Chef In DrammenBorn and raised in Athens, Greece and started feeling passionate about food at an early age, there was only one way to go.
After finishing the culinary institute in Athens, I started my journey. My home for the last 5 years has been Norway. My first time being here was almost 7 years ago although, when I was staging on a Michelin star restaurant for 2 months. Back then was when I met Scandinavian cuisine and loved the nordic philosophy and the whole mindset behind it.
Besides Norway I've been traveling and cooking along the way for more than 10 years now and have been in exciting restaurants (Michelin starred, fine dining and traditional) where I met various cuisines and plenty of new dishes and cultures.
I've been among others in different Greek islands, UK, Italy, Israel and Cyprus.
From when I was here the first time I observed the love of people for food and for going out and eating in restaurants. Although, I see the urge and need of people globally to turn on those experiences being enjoyed at the comfort of their own home without losing any of the whole gastronomical experience.
