I am a professional Chef with over 20 years working experience in the Hospitality Industry. Working in countries from where i developed and work in London with Executive Chef Paul Gamble(was Marco's Pierre White in Mayfair) then Travel to USA ,San Diego California working in an Italian fine dining restaurant ,then flying and working to Spain in El portal and landed in Norway where i presently live and work . I am a passionate Chef about food and i look for quality and happiness in each of my dish.
