I'm a Mexican chef living in Norway with over 15 years of experience with my specialty being authentic Mexican comfort food. I have taken part in the opening of several Mexican restaurants over the last years in both London and Oslo. I also have my own food truck and and I do pop-up´s in various food markets and venues during the summer.
I have experience making Mexican, Lebanese, Spanish and Italian food, but I specialise in Mexican and Lebanese food. Did you know that Taco al Pastor got its inspiration from Lebanese immigrants and the shawarma? :)
I love to organize events and private parties offering a unique and authentic experience combining food, music, drinks, entertainment and friendly service.
