Chef At Home In OsloIm a professional Mexican chef with 20 years of experience in the culinary world. I studied gastronomy at the Cordon Bleu school, in 2019 I joined Roca brothers restaurant, Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain. After 3 years I worked and opened restaurant XEF oslo with Borja Martiño, and we won the Michelin Guide after 8 months opened.
I have my own business of authentic Mexican food and Pastry called Macärena in Oslo.
