Currently in the 12th' year of culinary experience in professional restaurants across 5 different European Countries, I'm continuing to master my skills through hard work and passion dedicated among Oslo's fine dining restaurants and special concept cantines. Coming from Romania, I've gathered more than enough experience to respect the seasonal cooking and local ingredients wherever I am located at. I finished culinary school, gathering more experience from Michelin restaurants, fine dining restaurants and special niche restaurants that were constantly reviewed by international food guides.
