My name is Kim Asserson, and I am a Swedish/Norwegian chef who is truly passionate about using local, natural ingredients and preserving traditional cooking techniques. When it comes to creating menus, I take great pride in tailoring them to my guests' preferences, ensuring that each dish is a perfect fit for their palate. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in esteemed establishments such as Mathias Dahlgren, Grace Restaurant in Chicago, and representing Norway in the Bocuse d'Or competition. My culinary journey has taken me from hotels to bistros and private dining, allowing me to gain valuable experience in diverse culinary settings.
