Born with a natural passion and inclination for the kitchen, literature and cinema. After
the graduation I decided to start to travel around the world to get everyday fresh
experiences, improve my knowledge of other languages, meet different culture and
learn the human texture of the world and most of the different cuisine's techniques I
can. I believe kitchen can help me to connect all my passions. As Chef I have a good
knowledge about the Italian cuisine, even the pizza's world developed with personal
interest since I was child and experience in different places in Italy, with the time I
approached with French and Nordic cuisine, experienced with grill and open fire about
meat, fish and vegetables of every kind. I believe the best way to cook is with natural
fire, fresh ingredients and with slow temperature. I'm passionate, learn fast and try
to put my self in what I do to go every day ahead, love to make experiments and new
recipes in total respect with materials I'm working with and the old basement of the
kitchen, there isn't anything new that's not coming from the old. Respect the food
means respect yourself and the world in what you live, we are everybody made from
the same materials, that's my saying.
