Private Chef In OsloI have over thirteen years experience in hotels, restaurants, caterers and cafes between Goteborg and Oslo from bistro to gourmet with knowledge of French, Swedish, Norwegian and German cuisine with a good knowledge of wine, three year´s for my education as chef in France and seven months of school for my education in kitchen management. In 2005 I joined the restaurant Le Vieux Sinzig with Jean Marie Dumaine in 2005 and from to day I work as private Chef and Insect on Oslo where people can book me for private dinners.
