I am multi-Skilled with in the kitchen. I always cook with my best. My strenght are Thai, Sushi-Sashimi, Mediteranean esspecially Italian&fusion food.
With more than 20 years total of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. I do see my strengths in organization, quality, cost awareness and creativity.
In my career path I have succeeded with a few leading hotels in Thailand. Most of them are worldwide chains. Such as Four season hotel and Resort, Banyan Tree Resort and spa, and Le Meridien Resort and Spa.
These are the achievements I’m very proud of.
1. I lead the team at Le Meridien Resort and spa to pass the hygiene audit, which has never been passed before.
2. I have been the Pre - opening team member for the Banyan Tree Resort and Spa in Samui Island.
3. I have created a new menu for Melati Resort & Spa, and Le Meridien Resort & Spa to improve the food quality, increase the revenue and trend.
