My name is Evgeni and I've been cooking professionally for the last 10 years! However my culinary journey started long before that. I've been raised in a family of Chefs and restaurant manager. This have had set my passion for cooking on fire and I graduated culinary arts in HRC academy, Bulgaria. I've been traveling and exploring the world and it's cusines but I decided to settle down in Oslo and challenge further my knowledge and skills!
