Cavolo Nero Cooking The Italian Cuisine with a Tuscan Accent

Cooking good and healthy food has been always my passion and a few years ago I decided to gain a professional chef’s qualifications, that gave me the opportunity to work in a 1 Michelin star in The Netherlands. After I moved to Oslo I did a further step and enrolled my self in the Food and Beverage Management Master at the Rome Business School, now with all the experience I gained during those last years I have decided to do another step and to start to work as private chef! Making people delighted with my food is one of the most important things in my life!
