Cooking good and healthy food has been always my passion and a few years ago I decided to gain a professional chef’s qualifications, that gave me the opportunity to work in a 1 Michelin star in The Netherlands. After I moved to Oslo I did a further step and enrolled my self in the Food and Beverage Management Master at the Rome Business School, now with all the experience I gained during those last years I have decided to do another step and to start to work as private chef! Making people delighted with my food is one of the most important things in my life!

Costanza was incredible. Very polite and kind and professional. The food was outstanding and extremely punctual. The kitchen was left perfectly. It was so easy and I would not hesitate to recommend her and we look forward to finding another reason to have her cook again!
