Private Chef In OsloI started cooking in a taco shop in Mexico City 25 years ago.
From there I was convinced of my vocation. So I dedicated my academic life to gastronomy, with a degree in gastronomy in Cancun (one of the most important tourist centers in America) and two master's degrees in restaurant management in Mexico City. I have worked as a professor and chef instructor at various Universities in Mexico and lately I have opened 3 Mexican specialty restaurants in Norway, including COYO, this being the largest Mexican specialty restaurant in Norway.
