Private Chef In OsloI am a professional chef that has study in a culinary school in the Basque Country(north Spain)and has more than 10 years experince in the culinary career:I have traveling and workind around the world(Thailand,Norway,Dubai,London,Azerbaijan an Spain) where i learn a lot about different culture techniques.
I have been working in some michelin starts restaurants and also with the head chefs of the El Bulli as culinary advisor when i was as head chef in 2 restaurants,so learn a lot of culinary techniques from them
I love to use local products from the area where i am at the moment because i thing is the best for supporting local people,the environment and for the guests because they will taste the product in the right moment
