At just 22 years old, I've amassed experience that belies my age, having started my culinary journey at 16 in a small seaside restaurant, El Galeón, in Castellón, where I learned my craft in traditional seafood and paella. My passion for cooking led me to the Mediterraneo Culinary School in Valencia, where I graduated in 2021 with an advanced diploma. Afterward, I had the privilege of working under the mentorship of renowned chef Ricard Camarena at his Michelin-starred restaurant in Valencia, which shaped my approach to haute cuisine.

Since then, I’ve built an impressive portfolio as a freelance chef, collaborating with some of the world’s most prestigious establishments, including The Hilton Amsterdam, The Sheraton Hotel, The Pulitzer Amsterdam, and The Renaissance to name a few. My dedication to precision, adaptability, and delivering refined culinary experiences has made me a sought-after chef in high-end hospitality.
