Born in Malaysia, raised in Singapore with a mixed Indian roots, known as Punjabi with Indonesian influence due to my mother’s origins. Been proud growing up among the asian diversity and having many close geographical cuisine exposures like Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia, Laos, Hong Kong, Japan and India. Lived in many countries like Singapore, then Thailand, Cambodia, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany and Poland for more than 7 years in total. I also discovered an ability to be able to replicate & pick up any recipes i see. After gaining culture and food flavors from Asia, now i am a travelling chef who does cooking workshops, private dining events in Poland, Czech, France, Portugal, Zurich, Berlin and Frankfurt. My mission is to travel to as many places to share my love of food, and it's history to as many people as possible in an affordable fine dining experience, cooking classes or private cooking services.
My cooking experiences has been with variety of organizations and establishments starting in Poland like Centrum Aktywnosci Spolecznej Bialystok, Atuty Studio Kulinarne, Cookup Warsaw, Eperfetto, Look&Cook Poland, Pop ups events at Malacca Too in Portugal, Princessa do Castelo Lisbon, Neighbourhood cafe Lisbon, and Niceway Hostel Cascais, Switzerland, Frankfurt and collaboration with chefs like Maciej Tomaszewski, owner of Sztuka Miesa Restaurant, Chef Lukaz, Chef Martin from Atelier French Restaurant Prague, and Frederic Weltin a private chef in France to name a few.
