What an amazing experience with Michael! For a special anniversary with my wife, I had decided to bring the restaurant to our home as we have not been able to go out at night with a baby at home. I had asked for Japanese cuisine as both my wife and I enjoy it. Michael shared with me his menu proposal for this dinner and everything just sounded incredible to me. He offered to change things if I had special request but I was truly excited for every single dish. And despite my expectations being so high already, I was blown away with every single option (a special high for the mi-cuit salmon which was just the best dish I have ever tried). Beyond his skills in the kitchen, Michael perfectly reached the balance between interacting with us and letting us enjoy our date, and we had an amazing time all-in-all. Special mention for his personal touch as I really found the communication before the meal top-notch and he even accommodated a last minute request from my part to have a sake pairing with the meal.
