Smoked beef Carpaccio with rucola, parmesan cheese and truffle
Apulian burrata with homemade sundried tomatoes and altamura bread;
Homemade Ravioli porcini, truffle and parmesan cheese;
Gnocchi with turnip tips, cherry tomatoes and pecorino cheese;
Paccheri with guinea-fowl ragout;
Sicilian tuna tartare with olives, cherry tomatoes and tropean onions;
