I am a professional, enthusiast with over 25 years of

culinary experience in 4 and 5 stars hotels and restaurants

in places like Barcelona, London, Lisbon, Madeira,

Aberdeen and Scottish Highlands. Cooking always “a la

carte” breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Extensive experience

is from more than 1000 weddings, birthday parties, and other

events. Have vast knowledge of food safety and HACCP

based on the University of Food Technology degree that I

have. The organization, observation, and total focus on

my work are natural abilities to me.
