My name is Modou Sylla and I am 25 years old. i was born in Senegal where I lived for 8 years before moving and living in italy until this year. I am an Italian and Senegalese chef like the two cultures I have assimilated over these years. I studied and graduated as a technical specialist in cooking (CHEF) in 2018 in Caorle (Italy). After that I achieved with the various experiences. Now I am here in Maastricht working as a sous chef at Delbrock. and I try to bring my ideas of traditional Italian and Senegalese cuisine combined with the refinement, taste and attention to the smallest detail of each of my dishes, I continue with a continuous research and study in my dishes and in my mastery of cooking in all aspects, that is, from the financial side to the dish that is served to the diner, and of course cleanliness and hygiene.
