Chef Polydoros Lenis

Hello my name is Polydoros. I am originally from Greece where I grew up in a balanced and healthy Mediterranean food culture.

I studied and graduated from the National School of Tourism Studies in Greece at the Department of Cooking. There I learned the basics of cooking as well as deepening my knowledge in the processes of various of food service, such as catering, a la carte and buffet style.

Later I moved from Greece to Portugal and the Netherlands, where I expanded my experience and knowledge from a variety of food cultures and understood the gastronomy of these countries.

I now offer my knowledge and services of eating healthy and tasty to my guests. Being a strong supporter of the idea "we are what we eat"; I believe that our health and well-being are strongly affected by what we feed our body with.
