Personal Chef In AmsterdamCiao, I’m Nicola Zonno, an Italian Chef of 36 years old living in Amsterdam since 13 years. I was born in Bari, the south of Italy. As a sea lover i grew up fishing and cooking what the sea use to offer me. At the age of 16 i had to stop going school because the economy situation of my family and i had to help my dad so i jumped in my first kitchen. I worked in Italy for 8 years, then the destiny brought me in Holland. Here I worked for many places, from french cuisine, to the typical Dutch places. I have been chef for 5 years in a restaurant called Morlang, working with local people and expressing myself everyday. I’m in this platform to offer you an unforgettable Italian trip, from the bottom of the boot to the top of the Alps.
