Creative Chef with a Universal/Creative style of Cuisine, looking for my next guest to spoil.
Half Lebanese, half Spanish and born in Venezuela. The diversity, mixture of cultures and flavors were already in my blood.
I’ve spent half of my cooking life in South/North America, there I had the opportunity to manage the kitchens of several culinary projects such as a Lebanese Restaurant, a Fine Seafood restaurant with a Mediterranean style, an American Grill (Steakhouse), a Creative Cuisine restaurant and other projects consisting in offering my services as a food consultor where i developed very success and hip concepts for third parties ( investors )
In 2009 I moved from Caracas to Barcelona Spain looking for a new way of living and to expand my cooking horizons. There I started a restaurant called Cuina Viva based on Tossa de Mar Catalunya. But there unfortunately the results didn't cover my expectations. Then I decided to Move to The Netherlands in November of 2011 but before I spent several months in Beirut Lebanon intensifying my roots and contact with Lebanese/mediterranean cuisine.
I've been managing kitchens in The Netherlands for more than 6 years now. I've worked for several entrepreneurs and Restaurant Groep
Now I am starting a new stage in my profession where I want to bring my knowledge, expertise and passion to You at your home. Now with my alliance with TAKEACHEF.COM I am dedicating myself full time in bringing you a very unique and private experience, where your Expectations will be overwhelmed by the dedication and commitment i bring into my food.
My cooking as I like to call it is "Universal and Creative". Where i like to use influences from all over the continents. Presenting them in modern versions with clever and original techniques.
