Having worked in kitchens ranging from a local bistro to Michelin-starred restaurants, I can make anything you want!
I am a relatively young chef living in the vicinity of Bergen op Zoom. In the past five years, I have worked in multiple restaurants, ranging from fast casual to a Michelin-starred kitchen. I even took the opportunity to help a new restaurant get their feet on the ground in the past year, working as a sous-chef, but I'm now looking to scale down again.
I love the science behind cooking, and am always looking to incorporate different techniques and flavours from other cuisines into my own repertoire to create something unique.
