Plant based artistic cooking based on Ayurveda, Mediterranean and Japanese culinary experience.

I am a professional plant based chef and consultant in Netherlands for 8 years. I had my own vegetarian restaurant in Tokyo between 2005-2015. Over 25 years experience in cooking plant based dishes from the world, my most favorite is Indian-European fusion and Japanese home cuisine. According to personal constitutions and the weather or seasonal change, always adjusting the ingredients and cooking method for client’s healthy eating.
