I’ve worked in kitchens of all kinds for 15+ years where I grew to love what cooking and the food we eat can do for the soul and how it brings people together. I owned and operated my own restaurant in NYC, where I received much critical acclaim and recognition before moving abroad to continue my culinary journey. I strive to make creative dishes that stay true to the roots of the cuisine they’re based in, while also expanding the mind and the possibilities of a flavor profile and love to connect my guests as deeply as possible to what I create for them
