I have always been fascinated by fine dining techniques and flavour permutation. After research and intense trials, I have finally solved a part of the perplexing puzzle of flavour profiles in food. I am extremely passionate to share these tricks I learned to help others experience the "Blend of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Cuisine" with a fine touch. I have achieved by utilising my own background being originally living on the South of the Mediterranean Sea and have spend my life moving abroad across multiple continents carrying with me experiences for flavours and palettes all across. The best part of this is how to have such an experience at affordable rates.

It was a really great experience having Mark cook at our place. He blended in seamlessly to the event and was very easy to work with. The food was perfectly cooked. We hope he will accept our invitation back soon!

A very relaxing experience. The meal was well-planned and smoothly executed. All the courses were delicious, but our favorites were the chicken course and deconstructed cheesecake. We would definitely have the experience again.

Excellent chef with an amazing eye for detail. Very easy going in the negotiation of the menu. The food itself was all beautifully dressed and tasted great. Added his own experience into the mix which was simply put: outstanding. Would recommend the chef to anyone.
