I am a professional Chef with 10 years of experience in fine dining and Michelin restaurants, I start cooking when I was 16 years old, since then is been my passion, I have work with the most important chefs in the world, as Quique da costa Paco torre blanca, then I decide to improve my career coming to The Netherlands where i work for Schilo van coevorden in conservatorium hotel, and the last two years I’ve been working at restaurant Breda, one of the most iconic fine dining restaurant in The Netherlands, I’m young, dinamic and I love my profession
