We are a travel couple from Europe.
Roni, 32 years old, is from Bulgaria; Mery, 29 years old, is from Italy.
Our last job was in Netherlands, where we specialized in Mediterranean cuisine - mostly Italian, Greek, Spanish and Balkan. We also have experience with Dutch, French and lately, since we started to travel, Indian. We have good knowledge of different styles and techniques as fine dining and molecular cuisine.
Lately our job was more focused on training kitchen staff in different places, writing down menus and new ideas or just experimenting new recipes!
We love to bring our passion in new kitchens, we believe in our creativity and skills, we love our job!
