My name is Marco i am italian Chef with passion and love for good kitchen and beverage.

At the moment i am living in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and working in a production kitchen with bakery, pastry chefs, and bartenders.

That serve more of 25 restourant in the city.

My Mother's family has the centenary Familiar ex Zanellini Bakery and Pasta Factory and mulin of Mantova city (Italy), i growed up with active interess in all process for trasformation of primary material conservation of food and hygene knowledges.

My top skills are italian, mediterranean and alps/dolomites dishes, old traditional and tipical dishes with love and passion for homemade pasta

i am available for home dinner, catering services and home courses.

i have at my disposal professional kitchen laboratory for preparation base, catering production (i don't delivery it) and courses.
