Food is what brings people together more than anything, and what a Chef does is to make those moments of sharing memorable.
I am a professional chef from Italy, my journey started more than 10 years ago when I moved to London, there I started experiencing various styles of cooking, I had the opportunity to work with chefs from all over the world, and I decided that I wanted to be a Chef.
After that I decided to move to the Netherlands and I lived here for more than 8 years now.
Living in Amsterdam I had the chance to work I various establishments where I further developed my skills in various cuisines, as Japanese, French, southern American, and northern African.
Of course as an Italian my heart lies in the traditional food of my country, and I also think is where I can express myself best.
I love cooking and creating experiences for my guests, every meal should be a celebration.
