Born in Veneto, Italy. Ten years around Amsterdam's kitchens. My first step in the kitchen was as a pizzabaker. Then, I moved into the world of brunch and international breakfast. Later on, I worked in a catering company where I could develop recipes and techniques for big amount of people, and also create special menu for exclusive events.
