I am a young italian chef, who moved in Amsterdam when i was nearly 20. I studied how to became a Pastry chef at Etoile Academy in Tuscania, then i traveled around Italy, working for restaurants such as the Stube, in Asiago, where the chef Alessio Longhini teached me what working in a kitchen really means.

Here in holland i worked as free lancer for most of the time and i've improoved my kitchen techniques working everyday to get the most out of it.

Cooking for me is what makes me happy. Cook for the people and see them happy is what repays me afterall.

I learned to cook at Etoile Acandemy, and obviously in the next time i learned a little bit from every chef i met.

My secret in the kitchen is the passion, and the colours.

Chef Luigi was exceptional! From his communication and patience explaining and discussing the details of the menu (ingredients, preparation, source, etc., etc.), passing by his flexibility to deal with COVID-19 impacts such as my children pushing the dinner to start later, to the presentation, explanation and taste of the dishes, everything was phenomenal! High recommended.
