I'm just a chef with the passion for happiness of people eating what I cook. There's no better feedback than this.
I started my career from traditional neapolitan pizzerias in Naples (Pizzaria La Notizia by Enzo Coccia. Awarded of best pizzeria 2014/2015 and the first to export the product and the culture of pizza in the world), then I switched my career in a kitchen training journey in restaurants, hotels, palaces and gastronomic michelin restaurants until my last experience as a chef de partie in a 2 michelin starred restaurant in Bordeaux, in the South West of France.
