I was born and raised in South Africa. After school I trained and graduated Grande Diplome at Silwood Kitchens Cordons Bleus Cooking School. After working in several star restaurants and hotels in Cape Town, I reconnected with my Dutch roots settling into restaurant work in and around Amsterdam and have been here for over a decade.
I love exploring food and travel, and I am following my cooking passion full time in Amsterdam, focussing on curating exclusive private dinners, baking and cooking workshops.
My private dinners emphasize on elegance and sophistication and are customised to suit your needs, for example a high-end ‘braai’.
The workshops are hands-on unique baking or cooking demonstrations with emphasis on developing skills of each person.
