Chef Jose Rodriguez

I am a professional chef, born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, cooking has been my passion since a young age. My grandmother was a baker and a hell of a home chef, and I am the keeper of most of her best cooking secrets. I take inspiration in the South American kitchen, and I mix it with the best of the best from other cultures. I have lived in Melbourne Australia, Shanghai China, in the south of the United States, and currently I live in Breda, the netherlands. In every part of the world that I lived I took inspiration from local foods, and it was always my passion to visit the local markets, and the night street food.
